Running... well, it's still not my favorite thing to do but I'm doing it. 4.5 miles done this week, (Thursday and Saturday) but I'm going to need to pick up an extra day of running if I'm going to complete this tri.
And OMG, I haven't even started rowing yet. That's going to be tough.
Week 2 will be better.
(Cycling, of course, is no problem.)
