Yesterday's Memorial Day 5k remote run for the EOD Warrior Foundation has me feeling a bit wrecked today. My shins and calves are sooooo sore. KILLER SORE. It's been really hard to move around -- and there's just no way I was be able to get my workout done today. Sad.
Fortunately, two friends dropped off books for me over the weekend, so I just cuddled up on the couch, dranks endless amounts of coffee, and read today. I'll get back on the bike tomorrow.
