Day 6: 30 Days of Biking, Breakfast with Chip

My Saturday Cyclopath ride was cut short when I got my second flat this week while riding over the Beverly Salem bridge. (Rear wheel, this time.) There were only four of us for the breakfast ride, so the girls pulled over and stayed with me while I changed my flat tire. But, since I couldn't get a good tire pressure after pumping up the tire, I decided to head home -- which was a good call because as soon as I arrived, the tire went flat again. (Piece of glass still stuck in my tire.)

I was disappointed not to get a ride in, but I do have another bike, so I switched to the Lexa and asked Chip if he wanted to take a trail ride to the Salem Diner. (Of course he did!) We had a fun ride down the trail and it was a great way to spend the morning. (Thanks, Chip!) Later, I headed over to Fitwerx for spare tubes and a new CO2 inflater. Too many flats lately!
