Pre-Season Prep, Conditioning Class

Getting ready for cycling season and determined to be stronger this year. There's not much more I can do about my anemia, (short of removing my spleen), so I'm working hard to push through the fatigue and focus on getting my muscles stronger. I signed up for a conditioning class 2 days a week with Christine Hopkins and Keli Howe that started tonight. I've been home for an hour now and I'm already SORE!! Geez, it's not going to be easy.

The winter seems to have returned for a little while, with cold temps keeping us off the roads. I need to spend some time with Will to help him figure out the gearing on his new bike, so I'm hoping it warms up soon! Last weekend, 25 Cyclopaths gathered for a pre-season breakfast -- it was great to see everyone and catch up. Everyone is anxious to start riding again.
