Finishing up a ride to Magnolia 3 weeks ago -- Donna Cohen took this photo. The sun was shining that day!I returned to my long Saturday morning rides with the Cyclopaths this weekend, after several weeks off while Mike was hospitalized. We rode to Boxford for a 30 mile roundtrip -- not a long ride, but decent enough for my first time back on the bike in two weeks. It felt good to get out on the bike again, be with friends, and clear my head of all of the stress we've been going through these last few weeks.
The next morning, Sunday, I rode a quick 15 mile loop, (Swampscott-Marblehead Neck, circling the Neck twice), with a few fellow Cyclopaths. We were the "Homeward Bound Riders" who didn't continue on to Georgetown on Saturday with the rest of the Cyclopaths -- but made up the miles the next day.
