Paul Guertin, (AKA P. Giddy), has been the lone male on our Cyclopath rides this year, sometimes joined by Mike Sullivan -- a complete turnaround from "back-in-the-day" when Sam, Av, Sheldon and Bill started the group. For several decades, the men outnumbered the women by a large margin, but in recent years it's the women who keep on riding.
This week, nine riders met at the Cyclopath start and headed up the coast, with a stop at Beach Street Cafe in Manchester for five of the gang. Brenda, Kathy, Donna and I continued up 127 to Gloucester, (and breakfast at The Morning Glory). It was a perfect summer day, nice and hot. I love this weather.
